BETTY CROCKER COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla



Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add other ingredients and mix well. Form into 1-inch balls, place on greased cookie sheet and bake 14 to 17 minutes at 350 degrees. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Roll in sugar again when cold.

HOT-N-SPICY CHICKEN WINGS


Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. bag chicken wings (drumettes)
  • 12 fl. oz. Louisiana Pre Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 sticks butter



Directions

Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.
