Sponge Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 1 pkg. Fleishman's dry yeast
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup water



Directions

Put all together and beat thoroughly. Let rise fully (over hot water to speed rising).

Stir down: Put sponge at once into loaf pan. Let rise to fill pan 7/8's.

Put into 400 degree oven 10 minutes, then 375 degree for 30 minutes.

HOT-N-SPICY CHICKEN WINGS


Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. bag chicken wings (drumettes)
  • 12 fl. oz. Louisiana Pre Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 sticks butter



Directions

Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.
